The 13th edition of the Family Group Eldoret Half Marathon, was held on Sunday, October 6th 2019, it attracted an increase in sponsorship to KES 12 Million and an improved purse for the winners.

Year 2019 race featured three categories; 21 KM for both men and women and a 5 KM family fun race/ corporate race. The winners of the men’s and women’s 21 KM was to bag KES 350,000 each, an increase of KES 100,000 compared to last year’s prize money. The first and second runners-up took home KES 250,000 and KES 150,000 respectively, which is also a KES 100,000 increase over last year’s prize money.

Daniel Simiu and Nancy Jelagat were the winners of 2019 Family Bank Eldoret Half Marathon.
